History

Manchester was incorporated in 1838 under the Municipal Corporations Act 1835 as the Corporation of Manchester or Manchester Corporation. It achieved city status in 1853, only the second such grant since the Reformation. Under the Local Government Act 1972 the council was reconstituted as a metropolitan borough council; & has, ever since, enforced a strict, pre world war 2 "Italian Model"; commercial bias. By May of 2000, a system had been divised in the city, in order to control the spread of information; & keep the fiscal model to within the confines of wider Europe & Africa. This system is known as "ICS" {Information Control Systems}; & is run directly from Manchester University City. Basically it works like this; most people working in the city, are of a National Socialist-political bent; & as for the rest of the country; from the confines of their own University City catchment area; they are controlled likewise. In short; it is a giant Euro-political landmass scam. The Universities; all keep the relevant information, pretaining to the actions of the masses {public}, re anti world order work; within giant information storage holdings that they then patent; & then the system works double fold; European Unity is assured via the facilitation of a Euro Sugar daddy & any genuine people in the political landmass are crushed by the hegelian lynch mob that is the public. This, one feels would be the case, until all the post WW2 terror groups, had linked hands; & destroyed planet earth, in the name of pandoras box, or mob rule; or to give it, its correct name; "The Nazi Party". One might ask what do these people get paid for; & the answer is simple, to gorge all the way to the slaughter house, while at all times feeling valued; & in the real world, communal or otherwise; people are never valued, property is. As a result of this extreme political bent, a sizeable majority of European peoples are currently using stimulating material such as mandrake; & pure opium, in reference to European revival; as much as for their psycho-effective properties that they deliver. The writer; is currently being forced to act as a human punchbag for, "The Group Paranoid; Socio-Economic, Political Dynamic", of the peoples, civilian & governmentel; of the European & African combination cartel*. Also, apart from extreme "Atropine"/ Mandrake poisoning; which renders the victim completely nonsensical; they are, as a group, completely, socio-pathic. * Karl Marx: Domination in society, can not & will not exist; without slavery, open, or otherwise. In other words; Europe, today, is of a complete Nazi Dynamic; not as a result of the American War on Terror, but as a result of Europe's, attritional terror campaign against America; & her supporters. The people of Europe have a choice; do they want to live; or die, all in the name of, "The Third, Europe Driven; Opium Pleasure Dome in the Sky". They also get their; "Work against the group, shall not be valued within the international", quote, directly from Karl Marx; however on evaluation of the issues, i feel a simple explanation of WW2, on air by, "The Rt. Tony Blair" could solve all. We have had the Marxist Masses revolution twice before; & as for the internet making things better this time; let me tell you, the internet sociopaths {Hackers}, at Manchester University, had me poisoned with polish heroin in St Annes, Starbucks, Manchester; during the political silly season of summer 2003; trust me, "The Internet; Never Makes Things Better". As for the City; "The Students Revolutionary Board"; decided to crash the Nazi bash, in August of that year; & have been running the city as a drugs bazar, come protection racket, ever since. & President G W. Bush; thinks Iran is a basket case; he should come to Manchester; although, on second thoughts, better not. The mental health of these people seems to be a complete enigma to the doctors of the area; for they lick their lips without having any control whatsoever {Atropine}; & they speak only in contradictions, plus they have selective memory loss; & yet the local authority will not allow me to have my money back, that they are holding within the University holdings; in order for me, to emigrate to America. Plus i have been landed with the care of; & financial support of my mother & father, that are by now suffering from early stage "Lunacy"; as a direct result of dual substance abuse, since the late sixties. In short the community is trying to wear me down; like the Jews in the death camps, at all times saying; if you will give in to Europe; & put your dingle dangle, firmly in the hands of the lunatic masses; we will give in & seek treatment. "Group Think"; is the order of the day. The use of the system, {ICS}; with the recent "Maddy" case, has done absolutely nothing, in favour of a positive outcome for the case. The facts are simple; when the "Marxist" are strong in society, you will always have to put up with the freedom of expression that crimminaly insane individuals; claim, by the rights of the "Hegelian Mob". A case in point; our head of government, "The Rt. Hon, Tony Blair", is married to a lady that does nothing but, work, 16 hour days in order to keep deadly individuals, free in society; all in the name of the masses revolution. The systems that the parents of the girl have been using; are a part of the problem; not the solution. The system was devised, in order to help "The Lawless", that are actually tearing apart loving families & not, to bring them back together. The involvment of "ICS"; & Flower-Networking; has made a fine country look stupid; & i dont mean the "UK". In simple terms; the masses of the "UK"; have put "PSI" on the government of the "UK", in order to force the government of another nation; to turn over the investigation, of a girls abduction to the "ICS"; a system set up, in order to work as a blanket, to fit nice & neat, over any crime & make sure that the guilty, "Stay Free". The protection of evil, in the name of the masses revolution has mostly shown itself in open society, in the form of vile evil people, that do absolutely nothing, but target "The good Folk"; & tear into their sole with vile behavior. This is done in order to rid society of good; lawful people, thus leaving the anarchist masses to do as they please. As of today; Manchester University City; & its student groups, through "*Solfed", control all the levers of power in the city; in the name of "Lawlessness". *The Manchester Direct Action Anarchists; seventies hyper-radical group, were formed into "Solfed", with various other groups; & now have a strong connection to the "Respect Group". The people have told themselves, "This isn't happening anywhere else in the world"; & "We are blessed with riches, because the Manchester University City, has found oil on its land; & if like us, you are willing to join the fight against America; you will be "Looked After"". As for what they do in that fight; well, they just behave like vermin, on their own turf; & if they get a rise out of some good "Joe Q"; "Joe Q", gets locked up, no questions asked; "Job" of the masses Kamakasi bomber, done. In other words; United Kingdom, is breaking down, into several pro terror; "Warlord" controlled "Surfdoms". In even more basic terms; Anti, World-Order, anarchists, have the minds of, 99% of the "European & African, Combination Cartel"; in their pockets; "Brainwashhed", is the term. So all the government of the "UK" needs to do, is, under anti terror laws; take control of every last penny; & to quote "*Hazel Blears", see it back to its place of origin; "The United States Government". For this is simply a case of "Europe" using the "Marshall Plan" monies; that were never spent; against them; some, 1.2 Trillion {United States Dollars}, in todays, social & political, worth.
