Plot

Lyle Jensen (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) lands in the juvenile wing of a mental instituation after he beats a kid with a baseball bat during a game. It's Dr. David Monroe's (Don Cheadle) job to get Lyle to talk in group therapy sessions. Gradually, as Lyle interacts with other kids in the same wing, the viewer sees that the psychological problems of the patients also forms the fabric by which one sees what's right with them, and what's wrong with the society that affects them.
