There are two Manitou Rivers in the province of Ontario, Canada.


The Manitou River on Manitoulin Island flows from Lake Manitou to empty into Michael's Bay on Lake Huron.


The Manitou River in Kenora District, Ontario is a tributary of the Seine River.


"Manitou" means spirit in the Ojibwe language.
