In the video game, Mobile Suit Gundam 0079: Rise From The Ashes, the leader of the Earth Federation's "White Dingo" Australian mobile suit team is Master Pierce Rayer. He was born in the 0050s and was drafted into the Earth Federation Army in his early 20s as the One Year War was beginning. He graduated in UC 0079 as a Lieutenant Junior Grade, and was later assigned to the White Dingo mobile suit team operating in desolate Australia as team leader. He was formed friendships with fellow teammates Leung Lee-Fai and Maximilian Burger, and formed a fierce rivalry with Principality of Zeon ace pilot Vinch Donahue. The White Dingo team served with distinction thanks to Rayer. Their kills include several Zaku IIs, Zaku Cannons, Goufs, Doms, the prototype mobile armor Rhinoceros (there were two alternate versions: A and B, with the latter armed with a Burstliner cannon) and Donahue's MS-14G Gelgoog.
