Medicine Hat is a federal electoral district in the Canadian province of Alberta. The riding covers the town of Medicine Hat and surrounding areas. It was created in 1907, soon after the province of Alberta was admitted to Confederation (1905).

The rest of the city and surrounding area is part of the Cypress-Medicine Hat constituency.
