Story
Korean Rock Man X7 PC cover The Red Alert Syndicate is a new group of Reploids, similar to the Repliforce, only consisting more of vigilantes. They claim to hunt Mavericks, like the Maverick Hunters, but apparently they do far more than that. One of their members, Axl, decides he's had enough of their "murdering" and so he tries to leave the group. Unfortunately, the group's leader, Red, doesn't take very kindly to this and goes on a mad tear to get Axl back. Image File history File links RockmanX7PCKor. ...

New characters - Axl
- Red - Red is the commander and founder of the Red Alert Syndicate, which sent mercenary troops on military operations to destroy Mavericks. Eventually, he becomes influenced by Sigma and begins commanding his troops to attack the Maverick Hunters instead after Axl's departure from the syndicate due to their violent means. In order to retrieve Axl, he initiated a war against the Hunters, challenging them to defeat his 8 generals.
- Cedar - Cedar was a reploid who was often seen with a cigar-esque object inside his mouth (Edited out of the US version.) His illegal business was interrupted by Red Alert, but he managed to get away from them in the first place, having acquired the illegal virus program "Sigma-02." However, little did he subject that Red Alert let him get away the first time to see what he was going to do next. Hiding at Point RD-13-29, an area that was completely destroyed during Earth Crisis, but brought back on the road to recovery, Cedar found himself attacked by Red Alert once again. He was assassinated by Axl of Red Alert, who copied the DNA of Cedar's associate "Aluce." During this, Cedar couldn't help but mutter in disbelief at Axl's mysterious abilities. Cedar was presumably affiliated with Sigma as the success of Red Alert against Cedar attracted Sigma's attention toward the vigilante group and Axl's mysterious abilities.
- Aluce - The Reploid Aluce was an associate of Cedar's. Apparently being his bodyguard of sorts. When Red Alert attacked Point RD-13-29, Aluce was sent to investigate and fight off the intruders. Aluce met up with Red and Axl, and was retired by Axl through means of Copy Shot. Aluce's DNA was then used to trick Cedar.
