Megan Parker is a character on the TV series Drake & Josh, played by Miranda Cosgrove. Megan is Drake's sadistic thirteen year old sister and Josh's stepsister.She has a mass supply of espionage equipment. She likes to get her brothers grounded She is known to get her brothers into various accidents and schemes; she has said that her spare time consists of new ideas to prank both Drake and Josh. These include purchasing a sheep over the internet and later acting as if she hadn't seen it before, thus framing her brothers. Another example of Megan's numerous pranks is putting a bomb into Josh's salsa and making it explode, again framing her brothers. She loves to just see them being blackmailed by her. She thinks that is the only way she could stay happy in her life. But, when Drake and Josh try to make their parents understand that Megan is a demon it doesn't work. Known for calling both of her brothers "boobs" frequently from season 2 onward. It was first used twice in The Bet, first episode of season 2, when she said "everyone can see I'm wet, you boob" and "not there you boob", implying 'fool', or 'jerk'.

However, Megan can also be the voice of reason like breaking up Drake and Josh's bickering. In doing that she often says, "Hey! Hey! HEYYY! ", however, Megan will do anything to hurt, upset, ruin or frame her brothers.

She seems to have a very bad temper and her aggression is easily aroused.

She once made Drake think that he had a disease on his hands and feet (causing him to soak them in lizard urine for a substantial amount of time because the urine contained a chemical that was supposed to cure said disease) just for eating a large cookie that she had saved( It's never explained if Drake knew it was hers or not, but Drake didn't seem to care either way). She also once literally flipped Drake and Josh in the air implying that she is very strong and/or skilled in martial arts.

Drake and Josh once found out about her spy equipment and rushed to their parents to show them only to find out that the it was all gone. Later in that same episode it was revealed that she has a fake wall covering it.

Megan seems to have a lot of friends and is fairly popular in school after she gets Josh fired at Megan's school in "Megan's New Teacher".

It also becomes apparent that hobos frequently enter her school. Even though she seems intent on making both Drake and Josh's lives a misery, she, despite all the rotten things she has done to Drake and Josh, does care about them, proved when she helps Drake prove his innocence when Mindy Crenshaw frames him for a crime he didn't commit. Although she just might have been in a good mood. Also, in the episode: Megan's First Kiss, Megan gives them each a kiss on the cheek and tells them that she loves them after they protected her from a cheating boyfriend.

Megan's intelligence often makes her make threats to her brothers, that she could possibly make come true. In one episode, while the parents are away the whole weekend, and Drake and Josh are babysitting, she tells them, "If either of you, bother me at all this weekend, you will wake up tomorrow very confused in Cuba". The result is her brothers deciding not to go near her that weekend, proving that she probably means what she said.
