Melody and the Tyranny will be an EP released by Velvet Revolver as a precursor to their eagerly anticipated album Libertad. Melody and the Tyranny will include two tracks from Libertad as well as the Talking Heads cover "Psycho Killer" and a live renditon of "Do it For the Kids", a song off of Velvet Revolver's debut album, Contraband. On June 1st the whole EP leaked onto various file sharing websites. It lacks of the Making of Libertad and the live version of "Do It for the Kids".
