Encyclopedia > Members of the Northern Ireland Assembly

This is a list of members of the Northern Ireland Assembly. Their official style is Member of the Legislative Assembly, abbreviated as MLA.


The current assembly, which was elected in November 2003, has never met as Northern Ireland's devolved government and representative institutions remain suspended following the re-introduction of direct rule by the United Kingdom government on 14 October 2002.
