According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.2 square miles (13.4 km²), of which, 4.2 square miles (10.9 km²) of it is land and 1.0 square miles (2.6 km²) of it (19.27%) is water. The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.18% White, 0.56% African American, 0.10% Native American, 2.24% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.94% from other races, and 0.98% from two or more races.
