Metro Tech Commons is a small rectangle of greenery, bounded by Lawrence and Duffield Streets, and located in the middle of metro tech. In good weather it is lovely place to take a break on, both for those who study/work in nearby organizations, and for people who live/work nearby.
Activities and Decorations Metro Tech commons are frequenty adorned by some modern art exhibits. And every summer there are weekly concerts given on metrotech commons. In pre-Christmas time MetroTech Center becomes fantastically, fairy-tale beautiful! Christmas light garlands overhang all the trees and light poles at metrotech. A huge Christmas tree stays in front of SIAC entrance. It adds the joy of life to all the members of Metrotech community, stimulating them to work and study hard till the end of year.
