Michael Tien Puk Sun (Chinese: 田北辰 1950 -) (born in Hong Kong) He is District Officer (Kowloon West) of the Liberal Party (Chinese : 自由黨) He was born in 1950 at St. Teresa's Hospital on Prince Edward Road in Kowloon, and moved from Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok to Kowloon Tong. He is founder of The G2000 Group and the former chairman of the board of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC). He joined the Liberal Party in 2008, a party led by his elder brother, James Tien, a member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
