Episode Recap

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

It's a great day in Amity Park, but not so much for Danny and Tucker who are practicing to get in shape in time for the president's physical fitness test, something Sam easily breezes through. Skulker then comes by on his usual hunt for Danny, however he is easily beaten by the ghost kid and sucked up in the Fenton Thermos. Afterwards, he continues to train further for the test, proving his ghost hunting skills are better than his human physical skills. Skulker meanwhile heads to his lair where he has on brand new gadgets and equipment to destroy Danny with. Most of this article is about heads of state. ...

In the school gym, Mrs. Tetslaff the gym teacher notices Danny and Tucker's lack of physical strengths, so to bring the class average up, she signs Tucker to be trained by Sam while Dash handles Danny, much to both their dismay. Back in the Fenton household, Jazz exercises while Jack completes the Fenton Crammer, design to shrink ghosts. He goes off to put the finishing touches of his gadget (and to eat the rest of his pizza) up in the Opt Center. Meanwhile at Danny's backyard, Sam tries to get Tucker to do push-ups as Danny watches, not caring at all for the test until Dash comes from behind and threatens him to improve or his grade will sink lower then it already is. So while Danny is stuck with Dash, Sam makes Tucker run by holding onto a brand new PDA, not even out on the market yet. Image File history File links No higher resolution available. ... Skulker flies over and commences attack afterwards. In order to transform away from Dash, Danny runs off, pretending to be scared of the ghost while Dash is left to runaway on his own way from Skulker. As Danny transforms inside an alley, Jack (who overheard his son's cry for help) uses his new Fenton Crammer from the rooftop, shrinking both Danny and Skulker as well as Dash who gets caught up in the line of fire. Danny flies Dash away from Skulker into his backyard where his flight ability suddenly cancels out (to which he assumes the wind shears caused it). Skulker theorizes Danny's ghost powers are slowly fading and concludes he's going through the same when a bird grabs him by its talons and he cannot go intangible. However, his suit works fine, so he uses that to his main advantage of freeing himself from the bird and continuing his pursuit of Danny. Meanwhile, Sam trains Tucker further, this time by making him jump for his new PDA, tied to a fishing pole. A fishing rod is a tool used to catch fish, usually for sport. ...

Skulker flies towards Danny and sends missiles which Danny counters by ecto-blasting the grass, lifting them up as a shield. The explosives upon contact sends both Danny and Dash to the back door of his house, however he cannot phase through them. Dash finds a mouse hole for them to hide from Skulker. Inside the dark room, Danny (using an ecto ray to create illumination) while Dash encounters a mouse as well as Skulker who has made his way in. Danny tries to fight with an ecto ray, but it gives out, making him realize he is losing his powers (and darkening the room). Skulker ignites a flare only for him and Dash to find out Danny has overshadowed the mouse. Danny whacks Skulker with his tail before the mouse takes its body back, sending Danny out. He manages to find a small crack out, so while he sends Dash away, Danny distracts Skulker with the mouse before he follows behind. Danny and Dash make their way out to the kitchen where Dash starts crying over his doomed fate. Danny pulls himself together by stating they need to work together as fitness buddies to get to the Opt Center, seeing as his powers deterioating, he cannot do what he always does as a ghost hero. Afterwards, Danny's powers shorten even further by transforming his boots into his sneakers. Danny and Dash encounters more shrinkage problems when Jazz, upon entering nearly drowns them with her sweat. Skulker, meanwhile leaves the mouse hole, now riding on the mouse he apparently tamed. He gives chase until Maddie comes over to shoo the mouse away with a broom. Upon its contact with the floor, the broom creates a dust bunny, causing Danny and Dash to run away until another one rolls them up and lands them in the living room where Jack is practicing golf. Afterwards, Danny's power loosen further when his blue jeans start to show up. Tucker, meanwhile, comes out from the hospital after trying to get his PDA from up a tree from a snappy bird (his hands now bandaged) to further discover the PDA was merely fake, something Sam used to motivate him to exercise. Danny and Dash meanwhile climbs up the stairs (where Danny's powers causes him to turn his upper half of the jumpsuit into a black T-shirt) while Skulker continues to give chase. They make it into Danny's room where they shut the door on Skulker's face. Skulker finds another entrance (something the mouse sees) while Danny and Dash climb up a small rope from the window blinds to the Opt Center (although not before Danny cakes Skulker with a bag of potato chips to distract him further). Once they reach the Opt Center, Danny's powers again deterioate as half his hair on his back of his head now turns his natural black. The two work together to open the window to the Opt Center. Skulker comes from behind, but the two are saved when the mouse attacks him, causing his gadget to go haywire and fly him far away from the two. Inside the Opt Center, they spot the Fenton Crammer on a desk, reaching it via a dripping piece of pizza Jack left behind. Skulker manages to get back inside where he sends the mouse away and climbs after the two (after seeing the mouse destroy his flying jetpack). Once he reached the top, Danny has completely changed back to his human form except his eyes, so he quickly hides in the mouth of the Fenton Crammer before Dash notices, ordering him to trigger the weapon quickly to which he does as Skulker closes in. Danny, now in his normal size and fully powered, grabs Skulker and flicks him to the freezer of the refridgerator located nearby. He then unshrinks Dash and thanks him for his help. Dash then proceeds to ask Danny Phantom to join in on him on bullying Danny Fenton, just for giggles. Danny vindictively shrinks him down again.

The next day, Danny and Tucker goes through the obstacle course of their fitness test, barely passing, but satisfied either way. Jack and Maddie watches from the benches, proud of their son's accomplishment. Maddie then goes to freshen up Jack's root beer with ice cubes, one of which stores Skulker who screams as Jack proceeds to drink his soda in a comical fashion.
