Michael John "Mike" Sullivan (born September 22, 1939 in Omaha, Nebraska) was governor of the U.S. state of Wyoming from 1987 to 1995. He was later appointed U.S. Ambassador to Ireland by President Clinton, a post he held from 1999 to 2001.
