According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.4 km˛ (1.3 mi˛). 3.4 km˛ (1.3 mi˛) of it is land and 0.76% is water.
Demographics As of the census2 of 2000, there are 353 people, 135 households, and 103 families residing in the town. The population density is 104.0/km˛ (268.5/mi˛). There are 154 housing units at an average density of 45.4/km˛ (117.1/mi˛). The racial makeup of the town is 90.93% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.28% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 7.65% from other races, and 1.13% from two or more races. 13.03% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 135 households out of which 37.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.5% are married couples living together, 12.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 23.7% are non-families. 20.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 10.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.61 and the average family size is 3.01.
