Encyclopedia > Miss Chinese International

The Miss Chinese International Pageant was established by TVB the #1 Hong Kong broadcasting network in Hong Kong. All contestants have to be at least 17 years old and can't be over 25 years old (similar to Miss Hong Kong). The contestants have t be winners of cities around the world including Hong Kong,Toronto,Vancouver,New York,Seattle,Chicago, and more. You have to win their city pageant in order to represent their city in Hong Kong. This pageant is usually held in January/Feburary. The number of contestants range from 17 to 27. The first winner was from Hong Kong Miss Michelle Reis. She is known for the most beautifulest Miss Hong Kong. For the most top 3 placements it goes to Hong Kong with 11. However Vancouver has the honor to be the most beautiful Miss Chinese International City and has a total number of 4 winners in the last 5 years(back to back!). Hope more and more cities around the world join this pageant so Miss Chinese International Pageant could be the the 5th international after Miss Universe, World, International, and Earth.
