The Miss Colorado Teen USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Colorado in the Miss Teen USA pageant. Colorado has not been very successful at Miss Teen USA, having only placed three times in the pageant's history. Those three placements all came in the 1990s. They have also won a style award, in 1999.


One of Colorado's semi-finalists was Katee Doland, most notably a Triple Crown winner. She is one of three Miss Colorado Teen USAs to win the Miss Colorado USA crown. Morgan O'Murray, Miss Colorado Teen USA 1999, also won the Miss Colorado state title for the Miss America pageant in 2000. In pageantry, the unofficial title Triple Crown winner is bestowed on a women who wins her state title in each of the Miss Teen USA, Miss USA and Miss America systems. ...
