Transportation

Moberly is served by a municipal airport. Commercial service is available 33 miles to the south in Columbia at the Columbia Regional Airport. The city is serviced by U.S. Highway 63 to the east on a bypass. The old route is designated as Business 63 and goes through town. U.S. Highway 24 goes through town as well. Moberly prison The Moberly Correctional Center (MCC), formerly known as the Missouri Training Center for Men, opened in 1963 and is a (C-3) medium custody institution serving 1,800 male inmates. MCC is home to the male dialysis center for those with special medical needs.
