Modasa is also emerging as an education centre with new pharmacy and engineering colleges besides the traditional educational faculties like Arts, Commerce, Science, Education and Law. These colleges are run by The M. L. Gandhi Higher Education Society. Dr. Dhirubhai Thakar and Dr. D. A. Ghanch are the architects of the of campus. Modasa is also hub of doctors for the people of north Gujarat and some migrants of south Rajasthan. Modasa is now an educational centre of Sabarkantha District.
