Mohammed Nadir Shah (born Mohammed Nadir Khan; 1883 - November 8, 1933) was king of Afghanistan from 1929 until his assassination in 1933 (see Reigns of Nadir Shah and Zahir Shah). He had previously been Amanullah Khan's minister of war (see Reforms of Amanullah Khan and civil war).
