Andrew Bonar Law 1922 in the United Kingdom Full Name: Sir Clement Anderson Montague BARLOW. Of Westminster, London. Baronet, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (1918); one of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council (1922); representative in Parliament for Salford 1910-23; M.A. and LL.D. of the University of Cambridge and of Lincoln's Inn, Barrister-at-Law; born 28 February 1868 at St Bartholomew's Vicarage, Clifton, Gloucestershire; created a Baronet of the United Kingdom (1924).
