Moo shu pork (木须肉; pinyin: mù xū ròu) is a pseudo-Chinese dish served primarily in Chinese restaurants in the United States. It is of northern Chinese origin, and is believed to have first appeared on the menus of U.S. Chinese restaurants in the 1970s.
