MooLatte is a new (introduced in July, 2004) blended coffee drink from Dairy Queen. The drink's name has been criticized because of its resemblance to the racial term 'mulatto', which refers to a person who is half-white and half-black and is sometimes used as a pejorative.

She forcefully refuses and in a state of panic invoked by the horror she might lose her delicious new drink, she runs away, still blindfolded, and crashes into a door falling to the floor.
A friend recently alerted Chatterbox that Dairy Queen is marketing a new frozen drink called the MooLatte.
What he meant was that “MooLatte” sounds a lot like 8220;mulatto,”; which is a word, not in much use nowadays, that describes a person whose father is white and mother is fl or (less common in bygone days) the other way around.
Of course MooLatte is not just an entirely made-up word: (at least subconsciously) it is a direct play-on-words.
