Mooka, or Mōka (真岡市; -shi) is a city located in Tochigi, Japan.


As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 65,560 and the density of 586.61 persons per kmē. The total area is 111.76 kmē.


The city was founded on October 1, 1954.
