Ignignokt and Err, the Mooninites The Mooninites are two-dimensional aliens that appear in the animated series Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Ignignokt and Err, voiced by Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro respectively, are both similar in appearance, but Ignignokt is larger and green, while Err is smaller and magenta (colors from the early computer graphics mode CGA). Err fits precisely into the notch on Ignignokt's head, and while combined, they can pool their firepower into the "Quad Laser", a stronger but slower version of their (already impractically slow) standard lasers. A larger and more powerful version of this attack, the "Quad Glacier", involves replicating themselves into the form of a massive pistol, and the resultant bullet moves at a pace that barely registers to the naked eye. They first appeared in the fourth episode of the show, on October 14, 2001. Since then, they have appeared in more episodes than any other recurring characters except Carl, including all episodes in season 4 which featured the Mooninites in a non sequitur cold open. They appeared in Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters as well as the "violent, action golf game" Aqua Teen Hunger Force Zombie Ninja Pro-Am for PlayStation 2 due out fall 2007.[1] Image File history File links No higher resolution available. ...

Ignignokt Ignignokt, the larger of the Mooninites and their de facto leader, concocts various plans that never cease to annoy the Aqua Teens and Carl. When these plans don't work and he is endangered, he makes a hasty retreat, even leaving without Err in "The Last One". Ignignokt has a laid-back, solipsistic demeanor and a pompous accent. In the episode "Remooned", Ignignokt steals a 'welfare check' from his Uncle Cliff and entices the Aqua Teens to try to cash it, though it's really a radioactive bill. In "Moon Master", Ignignokt distributes copies of an incredibly easy video game in an effort to convince people to sign up in their pyramid scam, which involved a large, purple Mooninite called the Gorgotron that was laying waste to the Mooninites' "craps". In "Moonajuana", he gave Shake and Meatwad "moonajuana" (which they thought was marijuana, but was really just burning a "poisonous tire"). Err Err is known for his trash talk. In contrast to Ignignokt, he is frantic and hyperactive. He regularly coerces Meatwad into going along with Ignignokt's schemes. He has attributed his malicious and sometimes criminal behavior due to his lack of a father figure growing up. A prime example of his negative demeanor was showcased in Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, when at one point, Err tricks Ignignokt into drinking what was supposedly a "thick shake", while the drink actually consisted of mayonnaise and hair that was found in a trash can. When this was revealed to Ignignokt, he promptly vomits. This article or section does not cite its references or sources. ...
