Morong is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Rizal, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 42,489 people in 8,988 households. A popular attraction is Spanish-era St. Jerome's Parish Church. The town is also known for featuring the balaw-balaw side dish. San Guillermo

San Guillermo is one of the eight barangays in Morong. Formerly known as Calumpang, It was later renamed San Guillermo. San Guillermo borders the towns of Binangonan, Angono and Teresa. San Guillermo is a farming community with a population of 6,522 and 1,377 total dwellings. While majority in the barrio depend on farming as a livelihood, many others are engaged in businesses like garment industry, poultry and piggery. It is situated in the slopes of the Sierra Madre Mountains and is landlocked on four corners by Antipolo City on the north, Angono on the west, General Nakar, Quezon Province, on the east, and Morong, on the south.
Teresa is primarily known as the 'zigzag town', since its town center is situated in the zigzag road, and virtually the whole town is full of zigzags due to the Sierra Madre Mountains.
