Morrison is located at 38°40'25" North, 91°38'0" West (38.673592, -91.633383)1.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.2 km˛ (0.4 mi˛). 1.2 km˛ (0.4 mi˛) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics As of the census2 of 2000, there are 123 people, 52 households, and 34 families residing in the city. The population density is 105.5/km˛ (271.2/mi˛). There are 63 housing units at an average density of 54.1/km˛ (138.9/mi˛). The racial makeup of the city is 99.19% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.81% from two or more races. 2.44% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 52 households out of which 36.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% are married couples living together, 11.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 32.7% are non-families. 28.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 19.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
