Moulin de craca is a windmill in Plouézec, Brittany, France. It is popular amongst both locals and tourists because of its location on top of a cliff overlooking Port Lazo.
Every August the Plouézec-Ballinamore twinning committee organises Noz Ar Vilin Fest-Noz around the windmill. There is a selection of Breton and Irish music and dancing, as well as local cuisine and drinks. Amongst the specialites are Moules-Frites (Mussels and chips), Crêpes, Galettes, Breton cider, and Chouchenn (an alcoholic Breton drink made using honey).
After falling into disrepair, the windmill was restored in 1993. It now contains fully operational, working replica machinery.
Known as `the people's Paris', and situated near the top of Montmartre Montmartre is a hill in the north of Paris, France, in the 18th arrondissement, a part of the Right Bank.
The name Montmartre comes from Mont des Martyrs, so named because the bishop Saint Denis (patron saint of France), the priest Rustique, and the archdeacon Eleuthere were decapitated on the hill around the year 272.
