When its elevators have been installed, Mount Pleasant will, like all new GO stations, be wheelchair-accessible with a mini-platform. The station has a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM), and tickets are being sold from a portable trailer until the station building is complete. The parking lot with has 600 spaces, and could be expanded to about 2000 in the future. The station will have a nine-bay bus loop serving both GO buses and local public transport.
