In the first film, The Matrix, Mouse is the youngest crew member of the Nebuchadnezzar and the programmer of the virtual reality training simulation program. One of his stand-out scenes is when he is discussing with Neo if the Nebuchadnezzar's food tastes like "Tasty Wheat", and if the Machines got the taste wrong, and if it tasted like oatmeal or tunafish.
