Mr. Muscles was a short-lived Charlton Comics superhero title in 1956 created by Jerry Siegel and drawn by Bill Fraccio and others. Big C logo, used from Sept. ... Mr. Muscles was really Brett Carson. He was basically a wrestler who somehow obtained super strength, and used this to fight crime. He was also assisted by "Kid Muscles", who also got his own stories, as well as "Miss Muscles".


The title only runs a few issues: #22-23 in 1956 (March and August). The title continued the numbering from Charlton's Blue Beetle title. Three fictional superheroes have used the name Blue Beetle as of 2006. ...
