Mures Fishing (260 words)
Mures were responsible for developing this fishery and for making blue eye Tasmania's premium fish.
When blue eye went to quota in 1998 Mures were forced to secure their supply by buying 65 tonnes of quota.
Mure's two boats Kiella and the recently launched 72 foot Diana currently catch this quota to maintain a continual supply of fresh, hook-caught product to the Tasmanian market.
