| Murphy Lee, a.k.a. Murph-Derrt & Da Skool Boy, (born Tohri Murphy Lee Harper on December 18, 1982) is a member of the rap group, the St. Lunatics. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri to a single mother and raised in University City, with an older brother Kyjuan and their sisters and younger brothers, they were all fans of sporting franchise the Black Rock Beavers. Upon signing to Universal with fellow St.Lunatics Universal Records changed to information on all the "TICS" ages to make them appear younger and more marketable. First appearing on Co-St. Lunatics member Nelly's first release Country Grammar in 2000, Lee went on to work with some artists in the rap game including Jermaine Dupri, Lil Wayne, Ying Yang Twins and many more. Releasing his debut solo album Murphy's Law in 2003, he won a Grammy for the song "Shake Ya Tailfeather" featuring Nelly and Diddy. The album would eventually go platinum.
