Murray Salem (12 January 1950 Cleveland, Ohio, USA - 6 January 1998) was an American television actor and screen writer. He starred in a number of television shows as an actor in the 1970s such as Magnum PI but is perhaps most acclaimed for his script of the 1990 Arnold Schwarzenegger film Kindergarten Cop. He died in January 1998 from AIDS.
