The Museum in Docklands at night, January 2005 The Museum in Docklands, which is an offshoot of the Museum of London, tells the story of London's Docklands. It opened in 2003 and is located in a group of early 19th century dock-side sugar warehouses on the Isle of Dogs, a couple of minutes walk from the Canary Wharf development.
