Mutant Enemy is the name of the television production company set up by Joss Whedon to oversee production of his television shows Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and later Firefly. The company's end-of-credits logo is a distinctive "grr-argh" monster, voiced by Whedon himself.


The name "Mutant Enemy" is taken from the song "And You And I" by prog rock band Yes, of whom Whedon is a confessed fan.
