NGL is compensated for its services by its shipper customers pursuant to written bilateral contracts and does not hold out to provide transportation to its shipper customers or to guarantee the payment of freight charges to motor carrier third party providers.
In the ordinary course of its business, NGL will qualify properly licensed and insured motor carriers and on behalf of its customers, negotiate long term and spot market rates which will be reflected on signed written agreements or load confirmation sheets that shall incorporate the terms and conditions found on this web site.

Founded in 1971, NGL is the only humanitarian, educational, non-profit organization in the United States solely dedicated to providing annual programs of friendship and care for those who lost a loved one in the service of our country or by an act of terrorism.
NGL, known as the "patriotic conscience of the nation", began 30 years ago sponsoring wreath-layings, remembrance tributes and memorial dedications that bring together families affected by conflicts from World War I to the Gulf War, from hostages in Iran to the terrorists attack on September 11th.
When Americans were taken hostage in Iran in 1979, NGL spearheaded the National Yellow Ribbon Campaign, as a symbol of America's shared concern for those being denied their freedom, through the wearing of a yellow ribbon.
