National Highway 47, commonly referred to as NH 47, is an exteremely busy freeway that runs through the west coast of Kerala state in India. The freeway runs through the heart of Kerala including the cities of Trichur, Cochin, all the way to the southern tip of India around proper Trivandrum. NH 47 has been often dubbed as the "405 freeway of Kerala" for its busy traffic tie ups. The freeway has many stores and restaurants bordering it including some of the best dosai stands in all of India.
