The National Front of Iran (Jebhe Melli) is a political opposition party founded by Mohammad Mossadegh and other Iranian nationalist leaders in the late 1940s. Soon after it's foundation, the National Front formed an important coalition of political parties that supported the nationalization of the oil industry, which at the time was dominated by the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, and other democratic reforms.
