There is also a former United States Congressman named Neal Smith.

Neal Smith (born September 23, 1947 in Akron, Ohio) was the drummer for the rock group Alice Cooper from 1969 to 1973. He performed on the group's early albums Pretties For You and Easy Action, the breakout album Love It to Death and the subsequent successful albums Killer, School's Out, and Billion Dollar Babies. His last album with Alice Cooper was Muscle of Love; after this, Alice Cooper ceased being a band, becoming a solo act.


Since the early 1980s, he has sold real estate in New England. He is also still active in music, and has performed with Alice Cooper in one show in 1998.

Smith suggested in the letter that an investment [*4] agreement would be the best way to structure the business relationship between Yager and Connolly and enclosed a copy of an investment agreement.
Golden's affidavit [*11] details the arrangement between Yager and Connolly, describes Smith's contacts with the parties and the work he completed, and concludes that Smith was negligent in failing to advise Connolly with regard to the formation of the L.L.C. and the investment agreement.
