Route 36 is a state highway in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. It runs 24.40 miles (39.27 kilometers) heading east from Eatontown at Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway towards the Atlantic Ocean. At its intersection with Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, Route 36 heads north along the Atlantic Ocean to Sandy Hook and then turns north to Keyport, where it intersects with Route 35 and the Garden State Parkway at Exit 117.
