Route 67 starts at its intersection with Route 5 in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The route runs along Palisades Avenue, a side street, until its name change to Lemoine Avenue at milepost 0.79 near Tom Hunter Drive. Route 67 continues as Lemoine Avenue into downtown Fort Lee. There it intersects with the concurrency of U.S. Routes 1, 9, and 46, which connects Route 67 to either Ridgefield in the west or the George Washington Bridge in the east. 0.03 miles north of this junction, Route 67 intersects with Interstate 95 at its Exit 73, which also serves the George Washington Bridge.
