New Jersey State Highway 66 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It runs between New Jersey State Highway 33 in Tinton Falls, New Jersey and New Jersey State Highway 35 in Neptune, New Jersey and is used as a shortcut to get to Asbury Park, New Jersey.

This road is part of the current system, begun in the 1927 renumbering and heavily modified by the 1953 renumbering.
The original system existed from 1922 to 1927.
