New York's 11th Congressional District is a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives located in Brooklyn. It includes the neighborhoods of Crown Heights, East Flatbush, Flatbush, and Park Slope. The worldwide headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidic community and the Brooklyn Children's Museum are located within this district. It is currently represented by Democrat Major R. Owens.
