Newark is a village located in Knox County, Missouri. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 100.

Geography

Newark is located at 39°59'36" North, 91°58'24" West (39.993376, -91.973265)¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

There are 45 households out of which 24.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.6% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 40.0% are non-families. 40.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 15.6% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
