Career
Nicki's worked her way up in the music industry from being Promotions Assistant at MCA records, aged 21. She did a stint at RCA, where she first met Simon Cowell, as Head of Promotions. A joint partner in the Brilliant! PR company with Nick Godwyn [1] which did PR for among others Spice Girls, Charlotte Church and Billie Piper. She resultantly met Simon Fuller, and joined his management company 19 Entertainment, working with acts including Kylie Minogue, Take That, Annie Lennox, S Club 7, Van Morrison, and M People. In January 2001, she was promoted to the post of Creative Director at 19 Entertainment.
