Nieuwer-Ter-Aa (52°11′N 4°59′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Utrecht (province). It is a part of the municipality of Breukelen, and lies about 13 km northwest of Utrecht. In 2001, the town of Nieuwer-Ter-Aa had 463 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.10 km2, and contained 153 residences.[1] The statistical area "Nieuwer-Ter-Aa", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 470.[2]
