Reading the contributions of the senators during their deliberation of the motion, it appeared that many were reacting not necessarily to the allegation before them but to the long history of their sour relationship with the FCT minister.
The truth is, if the Nigerian senators cannot carry themselves with dignity and respect; if they cannot rise up to their duty as the brain and moderator of our democracy, every Nigerian who values the right of free speech should be at liberty to openly describe them as fools.
