Nikki Cleary (born 1990) as Brittney Cleary is a Pop-rock singer. She first hit the pop market with the catchy song "I.M. Me" while still using her given name. Her debut album, Everything I Wished For was released independently under the Free Falls record label. The album hit #45 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums chart. When she signed with Jive Records in the summer of 2002, they asked to change her name because they already had a Britney on their roster. Her self-tilted album, Nikki Cleary (album) was released in the summer of 2003 with the hit single "1-2-3" making noise on Billboard's Radio Disney Top 30. Bio: Nikki Cleary first found success with the 2001 novelty pop hit "I.M. Me," which was issued under her given name, Brittney Cleary.
Cleary's eponymous full-length debut appeared in August 2003.
It was a clean-cut set of originals and peppy covers, and included a duet with Dream Street heartthrob Chris Trousdale on the Grease classic "You're the One That I Want." The record made some waves at Radio Disney, and Cleary supported it that autumn with a round of mini-concerts at malls and middle schools.
