These Regulations may be cited as the RiverNith Salmon Fishery District (Baits and Lures) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.
They apply to the RiverNith and its tributaries within the RiverNith salmon fishery district upstream of a line drawn across the RiverNith between grid reference 97507483 and grid reference 97537470.
